The fully equipped kitchen with panoramic views is the heart of conviviality, with a large table for 14 guests. Upstairs, an elegant living area with home cinema and 55-inch curved TV completes the experience.

Villa Zen offers five bedrooms furnished with impeccable taste and equipped with every comfort. Three rooms have private bathrooms, while two share the same bathroom. Each room affords panoramic views of the Tuscan hills, evoking Renaissance scenes, and is flooded with natural light thanks to numerous windows and French doors.

Upper Floor
Three rooms with high ceilings in exposed oak. One has a private bathroom and exclusive terrace, while the other two share a bathroom.
Ground Floor
Two rooms with direct access to outdoor spaces and private verandas, furnished with comfortable loungers for relaxing while admiring the garden and the surrounding rolling hills.
An independent apartment with kitchen for two staff members is available upon request.
